BIO STORY

Born in Trinidad & Tobago, Coach Daniel McKell has dedicated his career to empowering young athletes through soccer.

After a professional career across the USA and Caribbean, Daniel discovered his greater purpose: mentoring the next generation. Over 25 years, he has coached and directed programs across Canada, the U.S., England, Norway, and the Caribbean, impacting thousands of players.

As founder of JoinSoccer360, Girl Power Soccer, and Raising Champions, Daniel built an ecosystem of mentorship and opportunity, helping more than 325 student-athletes reach collegiate programs while promoting leadership, faith, and academic excellence.

From the Field to Leadership

• 2012 – Began youth soccer coaching in Southern California. 
• 2015 – Founded Girl Power Soccer (now in its 8th season). 
• 2017 – 100th player reached collegiate level. 
• 2020 – Established Raising Champions nonprofit. 
• 2024 – 275 players into college.
• 2025 – 325+ players into college.
